What counts as a seat?
A seat is any engineer with a GitHub account that Koalr tracks activity for. Read-only viewers (managers, executives) are free and don't count toward your seat limit.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades are prorated to the day. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Your historical data is preserved for 90 days after a downgrade. You can export all your data at any time from Settings → Data Export.
Do you offer a free trial of paid plans?
Yes — all paid plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start.
Is there an annual discount?
Yes. Annual billing gives you 20% off. Growth goes from $39 to $31/seat/month and Business from $55 to $44/seat/month.
What is included in Enterprise?
