CI/CD & DeploymentsWebhook + API Key

Vercel Integration

Koalr receives Vercel deployment events via signed webhook. Each deployment event updates your DORA deployment frequency chart and feeds the deploy risk outcome tracker — allowing Koalr to learn whether high-risk deploys actually result in failures.

What Koalr pulls from Vercel

  • Deployment events: triggered, building, ready (success), error (failed)
  • Deployment metadata: project, environment, commit SHA, branch, and duration
  • Preview and production deployment distinction

How Vercel data feeds into Koalr

  • DORA deployment frequency — counts production deployments over time
  • Deploy risk outcome tracking — correlates predicted risk scores with actual outcomes
  • Change failure rate (CFR) calculation when deployments are followed by incidents
  • Deployment duration trends and pipeline health
