Railway Integration
Koalr receives Railway deployment events via signed webhook to track deployment frequency and outcomes. Railway is Koalr's own deployment platform for the API — we dogfood this integration internally.
What Koalr pulls from Railway
- Deployment events: triggered, success, failed, crashed
- Service and environment metadata per deployment
- Deployment duration and build log references
How Railway data feeds into Koalr
- DORA deployment frequency — tracks all Railway service deployments
- Deploy risk outcome tracking — links predicted risk scores to actual deploy success/failure
- Change failure rate calculation
- Multi-service deployment coordination visibility
