• Feature flag change events — flag enabled, disabled, targeting rule changed
• Flag kill-switch events — flags toggled off within a configurable window after deployment
• Environment-scoped flag state history (production vs. staging)
• Flag variation rollout percentages and targeting rules
• Experiment start and stop events
• Flag evaluation counts and targeting rule hit rates

• Deploy risk outcome signal — a flag disabled within 30 minutes of a deployment is a high-confidence bad deploy signal
• Change failure rate improvement — flag kill-switches are often faster than incident creation, catching failures traditional MTTR misses
• Risk score context — flags with very low rollout percentage in a PR carry elevated risk
• Deployment safety net tracking — which deploys required an emergency flag rollback
• Release confidence scoring — flag-gated deploys with gradual rollout are scored lower risk

   Go to Settings → Integrations in your Koalr dashboard.

   Find LaunchDarkly in the integrations list and click Connect.

   Generate a read-only API token in LaunchDarkly and paste it into Koalr. No OAuth flow required — the token is encrypted at rest.

   Koalr begins syncing historical data immediately. Most integrations backfill 90 days of history on first connect.

Koalr requests the minimum permissions required to read the data above. All access is read-only unless noted otherwise.

• LaunchDarkly API access token (read-only, generated in Account Settings → Authorization)
• Koalr subscribes to LaunchDarkly audit log stream for real-time flag change events
