CI/CD & DeploymentsWebhook + API Key

Fly.io Integration

Koalr receives Fly.io release events via HMAC SHA256-signed webhook. Release events map to DORA deployments — Koalr tracks frequency, success/failure rates, and correlates outcomes with the pre-deploy risk score assigned to each release.

What Koalr pulls from Fly.io

  • Release events: release created, machines updated, release complete or failed
  • App name and region metadata per release
  • Machine count and configuration changes per release

How Fly.io data feeds into Koalr

  • DORA deployment frequency — counts Fly.io app releases
  • Deploy risk outcome tracking
  • Change failure rate calculation
  • Multi-region deployment visibility
