Azure DevOps Integration

• Pull requests — title, author, files changed, additions, deletions, review count
• Work items (Boards) — stories, bugs, tasks, epics with status transitions
• Pipeline runs (Pipelines) — build and release status, duration, environment targets

• CODEOWNERS / branch policy requirements per repository

• DORA metrics — deployment frequency, lead time, change failure rate, MTTR
• Deploy risk scoring — 32 signals including file churn, author expertise, and CI status
• Lead time for changes — commit-to-deploy timeline per pull request
• Sprint analytics — velocity, cycle time, and work item flow through Boards
• Reviewer workload distribution and PR queue analytics
• CODEOWNERS compliance — detects unapproved reviews and coverage gaps

   Go to Settings → Integrations in your Koalr dashboard.

   Find Azure DevOps in the integrations list and click Connect.

   Authorize Koalr via OAuth. You will be redirected to Azure DevOps to approve read-only access, then returned to your dashboard.

   Koalr begins syncing historical data immediately. Most integrations backfill 90 days of history on first connect.

Koalr requests the minimum permissions required to read the data above. All access is read-only unless noted otherwise.
