We started Koalr because we experienced the problem firsthand. Late-night incidents caused by risky deploys that nobody flagged. CODEOWNERS files nobody trusted. Coverage reports that couldn't tell you which gaps actually mattered. Every engineering team we talked to had the same problems.
The tools that existed measured what happened. We wanted to build something that tells you what's about to happen — before you merge, before you deploy, before you page anyone.
That's what Koalr does. And we're just getting started.
