Andrew brings 20+ years of IT consulting experience across enterprise organizations in virtually every vertical, including government. As a SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC) and PSM I/II certified practitioner, he has spent 15 years inside agile engineering programs — not as an observer, but as the person called in to diagnose what's slowing teams down.
He's been in the rooms where DORA metrics are debated but not acted on. He's run postmortems that revealed the risk was detectable days before the incident. He's watched engineering teams lose velocity to CODEOWNERS gaps that nobody noticed until a critical PR sat unreviewed for a week.
He built Koalr to be the tool he wished had existed in every engagement — one that makes the risk visible before it becomes a problem, without turning engineering dashboards into surveillance systems.
